Swapped a lighting fixture for a ceiling fan. Since fans require a braced box, the old electrical box had to be removed and replaced with a fan-rated box that can support the weight of the vibrating fan. This can usually be done through the existing opening in the ceiling without stepping foot in the attic, saving you some labor money and me - some sweat.
