Install any kind of TV mount (tilting, articulating, etc.) onto drywall, concrete or brick wall. I can handle up to a 50” TV, and will need your help if it’s larger. You provide the mount.

I can help put together a typical pre-manufactured 6-drawer dresser. Includes anti-tip strap installation, if you prefer (requires drilling into the wall).

Take out the old outlet or switch and replace it with a comparable brand-new unit in the same enclosure. Simple swap, no rewiring required. Parts included. Let me know about custom colors. I Will need to temporarily shut off power.

Install a new outlet in proximity to an existing outlet (most frequently to hide power wires behind a wall-mounted TV, etc.). Up to approx. 4’ away from existing outlet. This will require me to make holes in your drywall - patching and painting are not included in the quoted price. Concrete and brick walls are excluded.

Swap the existing exhaust fan with a new unit of similar dimensions. Adding new ducting or drywall work is not included. Depending on the type of fan you have, I will suggest to just swap the fan and motor assembly, likely for half the price.

Replace an interior or exterior light with a new one. Rewiring or electrical box replacement is not included. Does not apply to recessed lighting conversions or large fixtures with multiple parts.

Replace existing standard lighting with a recessed fixture. The quoted price is per fixture. Major discounts on multiple lights apply. This project will likely require access to your attic.

Install a ceiling fan instead of a ceiling light fixture. Structural T-brace installation is included, but rewiring (for separate light and fan switches) is not.

Remove your old kitchen or bathroom faucet and replace it with a new one (with a similar mounting pattern). Excludes shut-off valve replacement. It may be necessary for me to shut off the water for the duration of installation.

Swap your leaky or stuck valve from under the sink with a new one. All necessary parts are included unless advised otherwise. I will likely be required to shut off the water for the duration of installation.

Fix your leaky or constantly flushing toilet. Parts included.

I will remove and dispose of the old toilet for you. Sewer pipe relocation is not included, and neither is the toilet.

Patch the exterior hole in stucco (up to 12”x12”) and match the existing texture. Because stucco needs time to cure properly, this is usually a multi-day project.

Replace your leaky or misbehaving sprinkler and/or any damaged PVC pipe up to 3’ from the sprinkler head. The quoted price is per sprinkler head. Will have to dig up your yard to get to damaged pipes, if any.

Remove existing damaged or leaning posts and install new wooden posts into concrete footing. I will remove old posts and set new posts on day one, and will come back to reattach the fence the next day once the concrete cures. Metal or pressure-treated wooden posts a bit extra.
